GDE Admission 2022 application exercise is ongoing, Gauteng Department of Education accepts applications for admissions for phase 2.
Phase 2 of the Gauteng School application for 2022 Admissions Period commences on 13 September 2021 and closes on 8 October 2021.
GDE Online Application 2022 Grade 8 & Grade 10 Gauteng
Apply ONLINE for Grade 1 and / Grade 8 to secure space at a public school. A reliable cellphone can also be used, the department will send regular SMSes to the cell phone used to apply/register.
Application is to only a maximum of 5 schools. Remember to use the Home option at least once to apply to schools with Feeder Zones that cover your home address.
Remember to submit documents to All the schools that you applied to in 7 days after applying. Documents can also be uploaded on the System to ONE school for the other schools to view.
There are Decentralised Walk-in Centres where parents can be assisted to make applications from 08:00 to 16:00.
