PLEASE NOTE
• BUSINESS STUDIES REGISTRATIONS WILL BE AT WELKOM CAMPUS AND ENGINEERING STUDIES REGISTRATIONS WILL BE AT TOSA CAMPUS
• All classes will commence on Monday, 16 January 2017
• Students with pending results will not be registered for those subjects
• All N4 and N5 Business subjects will be offered from 14:00 – 19:00.
• N6 will be accommodated during full-time hours only if there is available space.
• N4 – N6 Business studies Part-Time classes will take place from 17:00 – 19:00.
• Some Educare classes will start at 7:40 daily.
• Full-Time Students (4 subjects NATED) Engineering studies classes will be presented on a daily basis from Monday – Friday 09:00 to 17:00
• Part Time Engineering Classes (NATED) N1 – N6 will take place from Monday to Thursday 17:00 – 19:00
• Placement test (compulsory for all new students) will be written at both campuses on the following dates: 28 November – 01 December 2016; 09 – 13 January 2017. Time 08:00 – 15:00. Please submit ID (certified) and latest school report (minimum Grade 9) and deposit slip .R50.00 non-refundable application fee is payable into College account.
• NB: No cash is handled at the campuses. There is a speed point machine for card swiping.
• Classes will only continue if a minimum number of 22 students are enrolled per subject
DEPOSIT
• R850.00 deposit payable on day of registration
• Balance payable in monthly instalments
• Full tuition fee is required for students registered for 1 or 2 subjects.

REGISTRATION TOSA CAMPUS

THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED DURING REGISTRATION:

  • Certified copy of Identity Document
  • Coltech pre-printed form (Previously Registered Students)
  • Certified copy of latest results of highest school qualification with Mathematics and Physical Science, or Grade 9 report with 50% pass in Mathematics and Natural Sciences (New Students).
  • A valid certified copy of Study Permit (Non-RSA Citizen)

A Minimum Deposit of R850.00 is required during registration for students registering for 3 or more subjects.
 
N.B.  If a student registers 1 or 2 subjects, a full amount of tuition is required.
Limited number of students will be considered
Classes will be conducted on daily basis i.e. from Monday – Friday
Classes will only continue if a minimum number of 22 students enrolled per
NSFAS Bursary application forms available for learners enrolled for 3 or 4 subjects on the same level.
