IOU portals are active. We say portal because there are about two of them. There is IOU diploma portal and the main university portal.
The Management of the International Open University (IOU) has activated both the university’s main portal and the diploma portal for their students & affiliates. Students who need to use the IOU portal’s services will have to login.
Whether as a diploma student or a regular one, logging into International Open University requires that you be a student at least with an account already.

IOU Login links will take you to the page where you will have to input your ids to continue. If you do not have an account, you first need to complete the admission/enrollment process.

Diploma Student? login here. A link to create an account is available on the page, should it be that you do not have an account yet.
If you are already a student with a username and password and you have difficulty with logging in, you have to recheck your username and password and try again.
Still persists, you can find your account by clicking on the forgotten username or password link on the page.
