The Kings University College, Kings University College Students applying to Undergraduates, Postgraduate, Diploma, Masters programs, etc must meet the following requirements in order to be considered for admission.

Entry requirements for a Undergraduate degree Programme
Students seeking admission to the Bachelor’s Degree Programme of the Kings University College, KUC must have any of the following:
Admissions Requirements for Faculty of Law Governance & International Relations
Admission to the Kings faculty of Law Governance & International Relations is at Level 100 by means of:
- Senior High School Certificate Examination (SSSCE/ WASSCE/ NECO)
- GCE “O”Level or “A”Level
- Mature Students Examination
- Part Qualified Professional Certificates
- Tertiary Level Diplomas
- HND
SSSCE/WASSCE / NECO CERTIFICATE HOLDERS
Applicants must have:
- C/C4 in English Language
- C/C6 or better in two other core subjects including Mathematics
- C/C6 or better in three Elective Subjects
GCE “O” Level or “A” Level HOLDERS
- Credit passes in at least five (5) subjects including English language, Mathematics and a Science Subject in West African Examinations Council (WAEC) G.C.E ‘O Level or School Certificate Examinations
- Two (2) passes (at least C) at the GCE Advanced Level excluding General Paper.
MATURE STUDENTS
The applicant must:
- Be at least 25 years and above
- Show proof of age with birth certificate or any legitimate documentary proof of birth date which is at least 5 years old at the time of application.
- Provide introductory letter from employer or show any other proof of employment.
- Pass Mature Students’ Entrance Examinations conducted by the institution itself (English Language, Mathematics, General Paper and Aptitude Test)
- Attend an interview
HND Holders and Others
Applicants in this category must have:
- At least a second Class Lower or an HND with at least a lower credit.
- Students who have completed year 1 of a Nigerian University can be considered for year 1 entry to a Bachelor degree.
- An NCE (National Certificate of Education) from a College of Education is also acceptable for entry into year 1 only.
Entry Requirements (Faculty of Bus Admin)
Admission Requirements for Business Administration is at Level 100 by means of:
- Senior High School Certificate Examination (SSSCE/ WASSCE/ NECO)
- GCE “O”Level or “A”Level
- Mature Students Examination
- Part Qualified Professional Certificates
- Tertiary Level Diplomas
- HND

Admission Requirements for Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology Programmes
There are four entry routes:
- G.C.E. “O” Level, G.C.E. “A” Level
- SSSCE, WASSCE
- HND Computer Science and Information Technology Certificate holders
- MATURE STUDENTS
G.C.E. “O” Level:
- The candidate must have credit passes (1-6) in six (6) subjects including English Language, Mathematics , Science and three other subjects.
G.C.E. “A” Level:
- The candidate must have passes(A-D) in two (2) subjects excluding general paper.
SSSCE, WASSCE:
- The candidate must have credit passes (A-D; A1-C6) in three core subjects including Mathematics, English Language , Integrated Science and three Elective subjects including Additional Mathematics.
HND (from recognized tertiary institutions):
The candidate must have credit passes in Mathematics and English Language. The HND must be at least a second class lower.
MATURE STUDENTS:
These candidates must satisfy the following requirements:
- be at least 25 years at the time of admission
- show evidence of date of birth( eg. birth certificate, passport,etc). The birth certificate should not be less than five years old.
- produce an introductory letter from employer
- The candidates in addition to bullets 1-3, will be required to sit special Mature Student Examination in: English language, Core Mathematics of WASSCE standard and General paper relating to ICT application.
