The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) is responsible for releasing the list of 2023/24 admission letters.
The admission letter is an official document that proves that you have been offered admission to undertake a programme. Without an official letter from KUCCPS, you cannot fully attest to your admission.

How to download your KUCCPS Admission Letter
Before checking to download, you must have received an invitation from KUCCPS to study at a university. The procedures to download admission letters for 2023/2024 government-sponsored students are as follows:
- Go to www.kuccps.ac.ke,
- click students portal,
- Enter Log in page (students.kuccps.net).
- Enter your KCSE Index No. and year, then password –Birth Certificate no. or KCPE Index no. as used in KCSE Registration.
- Log in
- Download admission letter
