  3. Choose one of the following options:

    2. I can’t remember my password

  6. A One Time Pin (OTP) will be sent to you via SMS and email to the cellphone number and email you provided
  7. Check your cellphone or email for the OTP. This OTP is only valid for 24 hours
  8. Type the OTP number in the provided block
  9. Click ‘submit’
  10. A link to reset your login details will be sent to you via email and SMS
  11. Click on the link that was received through SMS or email
  12. Follow the reset process
  13. Create a new password by following the instruction on the screen
  14. Click ‘submit’
