Northern Cape Urban TVET College, NCUTVET online Application for Admission for 2023 / 2024 is closed. Late applications for 2023 may not be considered too. Prospective Students should look forward to the opening of NCUTVET application 2024 academic year.

The Northern Cape Urban TVET College (NCUTVET) online application for admission to undergraduate & postgraduate study programmes for both South African and international citizens close on specific dates in the year preceding the year of study. Registration:
Registration forms to be completed in black ink.
Please provide correct and valid information especially cell numbers of student and parents/guardian(s).
Completed registration form and payment form (signed by parent/guardian & student) for College and Hostel (if applicable).
One original certified copies of the following:
Student’s ID
School report/Statement of results.
Parent’s/guardian(s) ID
Salary slips of both parents/guardian(s) or affidavit stating income(s).
Proof of residential address of parent/guardian(s).
Address of student during studies.
Copy of deposit slip.
Completed bursary application forms.
Bursary application:

Electronic version of certified documents
Student’s ID
Proof of marital status of married divorced or widowed
Parent’s/guardian(s) ID
ID of each family member in a household
Salary slips of both parents/guardian(s) or affidavit stating income(s).
Proof of residential address of parent/guardian(s).
If parents/guardians are deceased – supply death certificate
Statement of results of new students
Proof of residential and study address.
BURSARY AWARDS ARE SUBJECT TO BURSAY ADMINISTRATION PROCESS AND THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS (LIMITED FUNDS)
SELECTION PROCEDURE:
A place in your course of preference is not guaranteed. All students must do a placement test. The result will determine whether you qualify for a specific course. Career guidance will be offered to each individual after the test.
