Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting
The program is intended for students who intend on qualifying as chartered accountants in the future.The qualification is a pre-requisite for entry into the Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting qualification. The knowledge and skills graduates are expected to develop on the program are those that are expected of a practising professional Accountant. These include the preparation of company financial statements, advising clients on the tax implications of their businesses, and preparing monthly management accounts for decision-making purposes. In doing so they are expected to demonstrate proficiency in relevant technologies.
